We are looking for a skilled Mechanic/Service Manager to assemble, maintain and repair concrete construction machinery along with handling the repair scheduling and work orders. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems. An excellent mechanic must have manual dexterity and great attention to detail. They must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions. Experience in concrete construction or the construction industry is required.

Maintain service schedule issues
- Type up work orders.
- Build and assemble machines or
mechanical components according to requirements
- Inspect machines, engines,
transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality
- Conduct repairs aiming for maximum
reliability

resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform thorough maintenance on
machinery, equipment and systems
- Clean and apply lubricants to
machinery components
- Replenish fluids and components of
engines and machinery
- Provide consultation on correct

The position involves City Desk, taking customer orders in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional relationship with established and potential customers, organizing work schedules, and daily store duties with employees. Duties
The Branch Manager position
Requires a diverse set of skills to effectively oversee the daily operations of
the Rapid City branch. The ideal candidate should possess strong management
skills to lead and motivate a team, as well as experience in POS systems,
purchasing, and inventory control. Customer service is a key aspect of this
role, along with construction counter sales expertise to drive revenue. Additionally,
proficiency in cash handling, retail math, and forecasting is essential for
success in this position. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for
training and developing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and
managing overall branch performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch
operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory control

service by providing assistance and resolving customer complaints or issues

profitability by meeting sales targets and controlling expenses
